How verification works
Clear about what we check — and what we cannot promise.
How a profile becomes visible
New profiles and every photo go through the same review before other members can see them.
You create and upload
You create your profile and add photos. Until they are approved, other members cannot see them.
Our team reviews
Our team reviews each new profile and every photo.
Approved and shown
Approved profiles and photos become visible to signed-in members. Photos that are not approved are never shown.
What we check — and what you control
Profile review
Every new profile is reviewed by our team before it is visible to other members. Until approved, it stays private.
Photo moderation
Each photo you upload is reviewed. Photos that are pending or rejected are never shown to other members.
Optional verification
If you choose to request verification, you can submit documents for review. Verification documents are visible only to you and to our authorised team members who review them.
Reporting and blocking
You can report any profile or conversation, and block any member. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break the rules.
Your privacy
Your mobile number and email are not shown on your profile. Chat messages can be read only by the two matched members.
Important: review and verification help keep the community safe, but we cannot guarantee that every detail on every profile is accurate. Please use your own judgement and take sensible precautions, especially before meeting in person.
Your meaningful connection could be closer than you think.
